Current Bid Requests

In order to do business with the City of Vineland, vendors must follow these simple guidelines:

• Per New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, it is a state mandated law for all vendors to have a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate on file when doing business with any municipality in the state of New Jersey.

• Vendors are encouraged to call for an appointment with the Purchasing Agent before attempting to contact other departments. If appropriate, the Purchasing office will arrange contacts with other departments.

• Appointments may be arranged by contacting the Purchasing Office at 856-794-4040, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Vineland on Wednesday, June 26 at 2:00 P.M., prevailing time in the Purchasing Office, City Hall, 5th Floor, 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey 08360, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for the following:

• COV BID # 2024-30 2024 ROAD PROGRAM – VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Specifications and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the Purchasing Office, 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey 08360, daily between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. or by email to: PurchasingOffice@vinelandcity.org

Requests by mail should be sent to the address at the top and marked “Request for Bid Specifications” on envelope. For further information, call 856-794-4040.

All bids submitted to the Purchasing Agent must comply with the provisions of the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications issued therefore; and the statutory requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law on file in the office of the Purchasing Agent All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et Seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative action requirements)

This is a prevailing wage project.
